DUDES..I woke up at 5am to Dave in the bathroom going "Leslie, Leslie..come here." This is after he's been shuffling all night so I go into the bathroom and Dave's standing there holding his ear and says "can you look in and see if there's a bug."  Uh, no Dave, no bug..I could barely even see.  Weirdo.

It's Tuesday. On Sunday we had our first monsoon rain.  We had just sat down for dinner at our local favorite when the sky turned black and it rained for over an hour..hard.  Nothing really flooded and we just ordered a few more beers and watched.

The bathroom seems to be the favorite topic of conversation amongst all you perverts so here's one more..the shower has NO temp. control.  You just turn it on and get whatever comes out.  It's usually warm enough in the morning but then if you need a afternoon shower it's like 5,000 degrees and at night it's balls cold so you have to sing a song and dance to make it more bareable. And NO, I don't use that nasty butt washer system..we buy toilet paper.  thanks. And Thanks for all your comments about the O.B.  I'm sure Dalton had to check with Michelle first.

So we're in the city of Salaya in the state of Nakhon Pathom at Mahidol University.  My mom e-mailed me those questions so if she doesn't know I'm sure no one else does.

Oh and Vicky..good luck on your auditions!!!!!!!

So today was our first trip to the grocery store. That was an adventure..it was a Tops, which are all over NY.haha. The best product I found..Kettle Chips. Oh my gosh. I'm so set here with those. They're even the same price..SCORE! We got some mangos and pomelos (grapefruit/orange). Then I went to the woman section and all they have is O.B.; weeeeee. I can't wait for that experience. We bought draino so maybe our bathroom won't smell like an outhouse. Something funny about the toilets here...there's a little hose next to the toilet and I guess that's Thai toilet paper. Yikes! We got our couches yesterday and they rule.

I've decided this beginning few months is going to be so much more enjoyable than my initial time in Mexico. Everything felt so lonely there and having Davers here rules. I hope he feels the same but it's awesome and we're totally going to get hitched here next summer...we'll find a place on the beach in October so we'll have a date around then I'm guessing. We've taken 6 or 7 little movies that are all ready to be put online once we get internet in the office.  YAY!

DUDES. Thailand is a jungle! There's a 7 foot lizard living in the pond outside the music school.  I start teaching in a week.  I'm finding out my work load today.  The food is unreal here and Bangkok is awesome.  Our condo is large and empty but we bought some sweet bright lime green couches yesterday for $125!  Soo cheap.  We have a gecko in our apartment which I'm naming Eundo and some cockroaches which I can't name because they die from the poison so quickly.  Otherwise, I'd name them all Dalton.  Dave and I just found a juice stand that has ridiculous Boba tea and we're getting our laundry done for probably a few dollars.  I can't believe how cheap it is. The couches we bought fold down and we have a guest room...we could fit up to 4 or 5 people in our place...so come visit!  I found out I'll be playing principal in the Thailand Phil for sure and I can't wait for that to start up.  Our first concert is late June for the International Trumpet Guild conference.  I'll get more bloggy as time passes but man there's so many sweet things here.  Once we get internet in our office I'll post videos and pics on lesliebeebe.com..but things run slow here so I'm sure that'll take a few weeks. P out!
