Slow cooker Chicken Provencal

This recipe was taken from my new favorite Cook's Illustrated cookbook. The recipe is a take on the classic French recipe. It came out perfect! The main ingredients are tomatoes, olives, onion, GARLIC, chicken broth, white wine, and oregano. It made so much that I had leftovers as soup one day and used the broth as a pizza sauce a few days later!

Sorry, I don't post recipes unless they are available online. This one is from the cook's illustrated slow-cooker cookbook. It's an awesome find. Thanks for looking!

I prepared this recipe tonight and it came out great, however, I just have one quick question.....Did you use 1) dried minced garlic and the seasoning/spices, 2) garlic and crushed yourself, or 3) minced garlic in refrigerated section. Just curious...Thanks!!!
